Oregon Zoo, 2009.

This is the OZ's huge male Amur tiger, Mikhail.

I had clicked my tongue at him and he turned to stare right at me. This was not the first time the action had worked to gain his attention. He stood like this for a good 30 seconds before padding off to the rear of the enclosure.
