Aslan, a 450-pound African lion at the Woodland Park Zoo. He walked right past me at the viewing window, and then paused to stare off into the distance at something which I could not see. It's hard to imagine how big lions really are until you are standing face-to-face with one. Once you do, it's almost overwhelming.
